TO DEVELOP AN EFFICIENT OPERATOR TRAINING PROGRAM FOR OPERATORS OF BOTH WATER AND WASTEWATER SYSTEMS.  TO PROVIDE WATER AND WASTEWATER CERTIFICATION AND CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES TO INSTRUCT OPERATORS AND POTENTIAL OPERATORS IN THE CORRECT PROCESSES OF TREATING WASTEWATER AND POTABLE WATER.
